We have an exciting feature drop today for LinkedIn Prospector. As part of the Save Prospect process you can now automate Following a LinkedIn profile and/or Liking the profiles latest post. In addition to the existing View profile action, both of these additional engagement options will alert the prospect of the activity you've taken on their profile - putting your name on their radar quickly and before any Sequence engagement begins (like an email action).

Our team is releasing a helpful feature to make IT life much easier when it comes to your mailbox connections. You'll now receive an alert if a mailbox becomes unreachable (SMTP or IMAP) along with the underlying problem being reported by your mail server or provider. 

In addition, Leadfwd will continue to monitor the mailbox and attempt to restore the connection. When the connection is successful once again, the mailbox will be automatically re-activated in your account and your Sequences.

Each connected mailbox / email account now supports a personalized sender signature, which can be optionally included in your outbound email templates. The sender signature is represented by a personalization token that can be added to any email:

• [sender_email]
