Smart Sender Rotation enables you to split your email distribution for a Sequence equally over multiple connected mailboxes and unique domains. Instead of manually creating separate Sequences for each unique mailbox and/or domain, Smart Sender Rotation automatically splits your email distribution within a single Sequence. This is accomplished by defining Sender groups, which are collections of connected mailboxes within your Leadfwd account.

Spintax is a term that refers to syntax used to create unique sentences with similar forms and styles. Effective Spintax means that the same sentence can be used repeatedly, with a different word or words being substituted randomly.

Spintax is a great way to save time by automating the creation of unique email content for individual recipients while also dramatically improving your deliverability and inbox placement. Spam prevention platforms look for templates and similar emails that are sent in volume. Spintax helps eliminate this risk by 'spinning' a different message version for each recipient, to make it less likely your message will appear like a template. 

With Leadfwd we support an infinite number of Spintax groups within a single email message, so you can 'spin' until your heart's content. Spintax groups can be simple variations of words or entire sentence variations.

Spintax can be applied within an email message body or the subject line.

Using Spintax

Spintax is supported for Sequences using Email Steps and can be implemented within the compose email dialog using brackets {{ }} to create the Spintax entity and vertical bars | to separate each version of your spin.
